Outdoor Sporting Agencies (OSA) is proud to support Australian firearm innovation and is pleased to announce the official release of the SCSA Taipan Evo, a lightweight, refined, and high-performance evolution of the popular dual-action Taipan X platform, proudly designed and manufactured in NSW.

Southern Cross Small Arms (SCSA) has built a strong reputation for delivering tough, reliable, and modern firearms made to suit Australian shooters. With the launch of the Taipan Evo, they’ve advanced the design, improving balance, reducing weight, and refining ergonomics to elevate field performance.

Key new features includes:

• A textured glass filled nylon polymer thumbhole grip
• Magazine Carrier built into the lower/buttstock
• Intuitive bolt catch
• Flared magwell

The Taipan Evo is available in .223 REM and .300 Blackout, is Category B compliant, and features a spring-assisted pump and straight-pull bolt system that enables smooth, fast cycling. Finished in durable Cerakote in a choice of Grey, Black or Burnt Bronze, the Evo is built to handle the harshest Australian conditions.
